If you are attending an MTS PD Day session and would like to be reimbursed, you need to complete the form below and send a hard copy, along with your original receipt and an STA MTS PD Day Expense Claim form, to the STA Office by October 31st, 2025. You can use Divisional mail, please do not email these forms.
